Contrary to popular religious belief there is NO
mandate in the word of GOD for you to GO to church. Hebrews 10:25 is a text taken out of context to lead you to believe that there is a mandate to attend church every week. Whenever a text is given a meaning out of context it becomes a pretext; a device to mislead you. When you put verse 25 back into the context of Hebrews Chapter 10 you will see that the chapter is trying to teach us how to refrain from and overcome sin. It has NOTHING to do with going to chruch. Since verse 25 is used to lead the people of GOD to go to church they never learn how to refrain from sin. Therefore, GOD’s people struggle to overcome sin even while going to church every week.
